Q. Is there a way to look through my past shopping bills? Can I use my past orders to make a new one?
On the homepage tabs you can click on 'My Usuals' or go to 'My Accounts' and you will see you past order history. Check/ uncheck what you need and order. You can also add more products by browsing our 'Aisles' to complete the order.
Q.How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you select confirm, your order is immediately processed internally and you receive a confirmation mail on the email address associated with your account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. LB49840101) , a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
Q. Why do I get a pop-up 'maximum permissible quantity is …'?
We are a consumer centric business purely. In order to avoid fraudulent use of our services; we have set a maximum permissible quantity for a single order. We also have limits for special offers we run from time to time.
Q. Can I make changes to my shopping bag before or after placing an order?
Before: Yes, till you haven't confirmed the order, items will remain in your shopping cart. You can simply add/remove items from the shopping cart by clicking the 'Delete' to remove items or, 'Add' to add items.
After: If you have confirmed an order and need to change it you can call our customer care on 810-88-44400 and we will make the changes for you.
Q. How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the
items unavailable in my order before delivery?
You will receive a call from customer service if there are items that are not available that you ordered. You will be given the option to cancel that item or chose a replacement. If the order has already been paid for you will receive a refund via Banya points or a credit back to his account. If the order is not a pre-paid one, you can simply edit inform customer service what you would like to do and the bill will be edited by us.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
LocalBanya provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is INR 500 or more for normal delivery times. LocalBanya charges INR 30 for express delivery (Available in Mumbai city only).
Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
We deliver between 07:00 am – 12:00 am & Monday – Sunday all across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai. Simply, select any of the delivery options most comfortable for you-
Time slots start from the next day and extend upto 14 days in future.

Q. What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Q. What happens if you're late?
We have a 98% on-time record. However, if we are going to be a few minutes late due to traffic density, we will call you and inform you.
Q. What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver?
LocalBanya.com will dispatch your order as per the selected slot. In case you are not at home when they arrive, we will arrange a new time with you. However, a re-delivery fee of INR 30 will be appended to your existing bill
Q. Will you drop-off my groceries in front of my home or to my neighbour in case I am not home?
In case you are not at home, we will deliver to your neighbour's place if we have received this instruction by you on call or by a mention on the 'special delivery instruction' section on the order form. If the order is cash/card on delivery, we will be collecting the same from your neighbour.
Q. Can I change my delivery slot & time?
Yes, you can change your delivery slot & time by Contacting our Customer Care. We will not be able to reschedule orders that have already been shipped out by us. In such cases a redelivery fee of INR30 will be appended to your bill
Q. What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?
In case of any issues, you can always contact our customer care on 810-88-44400.
We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received, you can return it with our delivery person at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the time of delivery
Q. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
The amount will be refunded to you via Banya Points to use as store credit for any forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments, we can also credit the money back to your account, which takes upto 8 to 10 working days. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. Please note we do not give any cash refunds for any reason

We offer you multiple payment methods. You can pay using all major credit cards and debit cards issued by Indian banks. You can also use Internet Banking (covering 44 banks), Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery. Q.What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable using a pre-paid payment mode, you can opt for Cash on Delivery (C-o-D). With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the order at your doorstep

We accept all VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards issued in India. LocalBanya cannot currently process international credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the back of your card). After entering these details, you might be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

Q.How do I place a Cash on Delivery / Card on Delivery order?
Select Cash on Delivery / card on delivery as a payment option, Once confirmed, your order will be processed. You will be required to make a cash-only or Card-only payment to our delivery person at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
Incomplete may imply the following:
• Bank or Payment gateway is down and payments could not be processed.
• Payment gateway did not send confirmation to us about the actual payment status. We will internally check back with the payment gateway to determine status in a few hours. If complete, we will change your order to confirmed
• Payment has been denied.

The first 6 digits (also known as the Bank Identification Number) are used to identify the bank name and country where your card was issued. The first 6 and last 4 digits are together used for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

Q. What are the guidelines for using Sodexo?
There are 2 types of vouchers issues by Sodexo – Sodexo Meal Pass and Sodexo Gift Pass. We only accept Sodexo Meal Pass.
If you would like to use Sodexo against an order, you may do so based on the following criteria:
A. Exact amount in Sodexo coupons have to be presented at time of delivery to our delivery staff
B. Coupons are applicable to all food products except dairy, oil, baby foods and sugar
C. For example, if your bill is Rs 900 and you chose to pay Rs 1000 in the form of Sodexo vouchers you will not receive Rs 100 back.
Q. How many coupons may I use for a single order?
You can only use a single e-coupon per order. In addition, you may only use either Banya points, Banya coupons or Sodexo coupons per order as well. Combination use of 2 or more different types will not work.
Q. Will I get any Banya points if I use Banya coupons?
If you use Banya coupons for any order you will not receive any Banya points for that order.
Q. Will I get any Banya points for using Banya points or Sodexo?
For Banya points used against an order - you will not receive new Banya points for that purchase.
For Sodexo usage - you will receive Banya points for the non-Sodexo amount of the order only.
